About Ousos
I’m Fadi Haddad, the founder of Ousos, and I bring over 19 years of experience in private banking across Geneva and London.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with institutions of all sizes, from boutique family offices like Parkview Group in London to mid-sized banks like Arab Bank (Switzerland) and global giants like UBS in Geneva.
I’ve managed portfolios across all major asset classes—equities, bonds, derivatives, FX, commodities, alternative investments, Private Markets and Real Estate—though my core expertise lies in fixed income. As Head of Fixed Income at Arab Bank (Switzerland), I oversaw a universe of over 600 bonds, specializing in High Yield and Emerging Markets. I also led the bank’s Islamic Investments, curating Sharia-compliant portfolios of sukuks, equities, and structured products. Additionally, I managed two Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs): AMC27, a fixed-maturity portfolio, and the AMC Sukuk.
For eight years, I was a member of Investment Committees, helping shape institutional strategies, define house views, and drive quarterly investment decisions. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the financial ecosystem and the inner workings of banks.
I founded Ousos to help high-net-worth individuals navigate the often complex world of banking. Banks aren’t dishonest, but they are profit-driven, and it’s easy for their priorities to overshadow yours. At Ousos, I’m here to be your independent guide—consolidating your portfolios, simplifying complex proposals, optimising fees, and ensuring every decision works in your best interest.
The name Ousos comes from the Phoenician hero credited with creating navigation, symbolizing my mission to help you chart a clear course through the financial world with confidence and independence.
